Dill Dinkers Columbia: indoor pickleball in Howard County
Dill Dinkers in Columbia is where a lot of Howard County pickleball goes when it's cold, wet or dark. It's a dedicated indoor club, open year-round, on Red Branch Road in Columbia.
The courts
The club's page lists 12 regulation indoor courts, climate-controlled for year-round play. The Columbia club started with six courts and doubled to 12 in 2023, when it expanded into the rest of its building on Red Branch Road. The club also has a pro shop and space for events and parties.
How play works here
Dill Dinkers runs organized open play sessions that you register for in advance, each with a set number of spots, plus themed sessions such as 50+ and ladies' nights. Courts and sessions are booked through the club's online booking portal or the Dill Dinkers app.
The club offers monthly and annual memberships as well as a free visitor option. Members get lower session and court rates and earlier booking windows. Check the club page for current options and pricing; we don't list prices here because they change.
Lessons, clinics and leagues for all levels run through the club too. New to indoor sessions? See our indoor pickleball guide.
Good to know before you go
- Sign up early for evening sessions, which fill first.
- Non-marking court shoes for the indoor surface.
